max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>农户3779人中贫困户占96户387人。</span><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>为了带领本村有劳动能力的贫困人员就近找到就业出路，实现就近</span><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>就业，从2015年8月开</span><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>始，他依托自身九江市新光明餐饮管理有限公司，先行组织全村23户农民（其中建档立卡贫困农户12户）参加，成立都昌县新光明种养农民专业合作社，采用“公司+合作社+基地+农户”的发展模式，在南垅村流转土地并建立绿色食品蔬菜生产基地880亩。贫困户采取土地流转、土地入股、扶贫资金入股等形式加入合作社，参与到专业合作社组织的规模化生产。</span><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>村民带土地入股，所有投资均由沈图欢出，实行股份合作，而日常管理都由村民来打理，所生产的蔬菜、水果、鲜鱼等农产品，全部由新光明连锁店包销。</span><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>2015年首次支付农民5年租金31万元，完成了贫困户户均流转土地3.5亩，每户土地流转年收入700元。</span><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>合作社基地优先聘用流转土地的农民，确保了农民失地不失业。</span><span style='outline: 0px;
